The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Nevada, Reno invites applications for a teaching postdoctoral fellow to start July 1, 2018. The candidate will be expected to contribute to the teaching and research mission of the University. This is a 12 month contract, renewable annually, for a maximum of three years. Appointments typically carry a 2-2 teaching load. Individuals are also expected to come to the department with a research plan, ideally one that enhances the existing strengths in the department and to pursue publications linked to this research plan.

Required Qualifications: PhD in mathematics, statistics or related field by the time of appointment.
