The Department of Biostatistics and Computational Biology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute seeks an experienced and highly motivated biostatistician to engage collaboratively with investigators on clinical and translational research activities in hematologic malignancies and bone marrow transplant. The position also involves research work in HIV/AIDS in the areas of study design, data analysis, manuscript writing and grant preparation.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: PhD level biostatistician position focusing on collaborative work on study design, data analysis and grant preparation in hematologic malignancies and bone marrow transplant in both clinical and translational research areas. Also includes collaborative work with HIV researchers on laboratory (basic biology), animal, human observational, outcome, and biomarker validation studies. Assist both junior and senior CFAR members with NIH and foundation grant applications, and help junior CFAR members with study design, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.
PhD required and at least 2 years of collaborative experience are required. Prior experience in oncology and/or HIV is a plus.
