The Biostatistics & Research Design Unit and Department of Health Management and Informatics in the School of Medicine (SOM) have an immediate opening for a non-tenure track Assistant Research Professor. A doctorate in Statistics or Biostatistics is required as well as a strong interest in biomedical research and excellent communication skills. It is essential that the candidate have an interest in collaborative research and consultation in the health sciences. Due to the broad range of research interests in the SOM, collaboration may require expertise or a willingness to acquire expertise in diverse areas such as longitudinal modeling, experimental design, survival analysis, psychometrics, or bioinformatics.
