The Mathematics Department, Minnesota State University Moorhead, has an opening for a full-time (12 credits/semester, 9-month appointment), tenure-track, Assistant Professor of Mathematics. A Ph.D. in Mathematics or Statistics is required. The start date is August 15 2017. Duties include classroom teaching of university-level courses in undergraduate statistics for mathematics majors and non-majors, lower level mathematics courses including calculus, advising students, ongoing scholarly activity, service to the university and community, and other customary faculty duties.
