Manager, Customer Strategy (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Provide strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help clients anticipate and address business challenges. Help clients to develop clearly articulated strategies for how to value, obtain, serve and retain customers. Utilize customer insights and market analytics to enable clients to make smarter decisions to integrate products, services, channels and delivery.
Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner. Define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive, related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have experience with all of the following:
- Applying hypothesis development, research design, survey design and analysis, syndicated data analysis, standard statistical models and financial modelling;
- Utilizing standard statistical modeling techniques, including regression modeling and conjoint analyses;
- Developing analysis plans to test hypotheses; and
- Conducting customer research , both quantitative and qualitative, to assess customer needs, pain points, behaviors, activation levers, willingness to pay, headroom for growth and value propositions.
Travel required up to 80%.
