The Department of Statistics at The Florida State University invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in Biostatistics and an Assistant Professor position in Statistics starting August 2019. Our Department has a growing teaching and research program with over 180 graduate students and 23 faculty members. We offer both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Statistics and Biostatistics.
Candidates with interests in all areas of biostatistics and statistics are invited to apply. A PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field is required.
Review of candidates will begin November 2018 and continue until the positions are filled. The assigned job ID numbers are 44142 for the Biostatistics position and 44143 for the Statistics position.
