We have an immediate opening for a 12-month Research Associate position in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics within the School of Public Health- Bloomington at Indiana University, Bloomington.
The Research Associate will provide biostatistical support services including biostatistical consulting to IUB faculty, staff and students; provide data analysis, interpret the analysis results, write analytical portions of manuscripts based on methods and results of analysis, and address manuscript revisions based on reviewer comments. Develop, maintain and modify syntax code for in-house use; under supervision of senior staff and faculty, collaborate with investigators in grant development including statistical design of studies, sample size and power calculations, and preparation of analytical portions of grant proposals.
The position will be a one-year renewable contract dependent on funding.
