The expansion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the most exciting developments of the 21st century. The centre Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems, and Software Program (WASP; www.wasp-sweden.org) is launching a program to develop the mathematics of AI and strengthen Sweden's position in the field. This call is part of the WASP recruitment program and aims to strengthen research in machine learning and statistical learning / nonconvex inference.
The two positions are focused on research and comes with large recruitment packages intended to enable a successful applicant to establish his or her own research group directly from the outset.
Note that you need to apply for each of the two positions separately, as they will be evaluated by slightly different committees.
