The Pennsylvania State University at Harrisburg, School of Science, Engineering and Technology invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track Assistant Teaching Professor position in Mathematics, effective Fall Semester 2021.
Successful candidates are expected to teach a broad range of undergraduate math and statistics courses, primarily service courses, for a growing and dynamic program. In addition, all full-time faculty are expected to:
Engage in scholarly activities
Participate in University/College and professional service activities
Advise undergraduate students.
A Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or Math Education is required. Preference will be given to individuals who have demonstrated commitment to excellence in college teaching and with expertise in statistics or mathematics related to data science.
