Professor of the Practice Faculty Positions in Computer Science
The Computer Science Department of Boston College seeks to fill two teaching faculty positions with the title Assistant or Associate Professor of the Practice of Computer Science.  Appointment at a higher rank is also possible for candidates with extensive teaching experience beyond the Ph.D.  These are full-time, non-tenure-track positions with a three-year renewable contract, to begin in the 2024 fall semester.  The teaching load is 5 semester courses per year. Our priority is to hire outstanding teachers, who are capable of teaching both lower-division and upper-division levels courses, and who can contribute to our department's teaching environment.
