Assistant Professor Positions Available
The Department of Statistics in the College of Arts & Sciences at Texas A&M University anticipates two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions to begin in August 2024. Both positions will be full-time, 9-month appointments. Completion of all requirements for a PhD/DSc degree in Statistics or a related field prior to beginning employment is required. The department encourages people from all areas of research to apply and is particularly interested in expertise in the broad areas of Computational Statistics/Machine Learning, Bayesian Statistics, or Statistical Bioinformatics. Evidence of interdisciplinary research and focus on computational aspects is a plus.
