Faculty Biostatistics & Epidemiology - Department of Quantitative Health Sciences
The Department of Quantitative Health Sciences is seeking a motivated PhD Biostatistician or Epidemiologist to lead Biostatistical collaborations with the Center for Value-Based Care in Cleveland Clinic's Internal Medicine Institute. The successful candidate will lead Biostatistical design and analysis for large observational studies and clinical trials. Research in the Center is led by 9 full time investigators who have over $22M in federal funding. Studies will involve assessments of the effect of interventions on patient outcomes, causal inference, and predictive modeling. Inference from observational studies will be used to plan prospective trials, including cluster-randomized trials and stepped wedge designs. Currently the center supports 3 QHS Master’s degree prog
